Need help with Safe Zones Pro — the web app or the Canva app? Everything below should point you in the right direction, but a real person reads every email at hello@safezones.pro and replies personally.

Using the web app

Sign in at safezones.pro/app, upload your creative, and pick a platform and placement to see the safe-zone overlay. Share links (no account needed to view) let clients or teammates review the same frames from any browser. If something looks wrong on a specific placement, email us a screenshot and we'll take a look.

Using the Canva app

Open the Safe Zones Pro app from Canva's Apps panel, pick a platform and placement, then add a safe-zone guide (and, for Meta, YouTube, and Reddit, a demo UI mockup) to your design.

Both are added as real, selectable elements — right-click one and choose Lock to stop it moving or deleting by accident, and delete it (or undo) before you export or publish. The demo UI mockups are simplified approximations of each platform's real interface, not pixel-exact reproductions.

Billing and your account

Manage or cancel a subscription from your account's billing settings inside the app. The Canva app itself is free to use and doesn't require a Safe Zones Pro account. See our Refund Policy for the lifetime licence's money-back promise.

Report a bug or request a feature

Email hello@safezones.pro with what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one. We read and reply to these ourselves.
