Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password). If you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email from Google instead.

Payment information. Purchases are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full card number — Stripe passes us only what's needed to confirm the payment succeeded (amount, last four digits, a transaction reference) and to keep your account's plan up to date.

Your content. Creative files you upload (images and video) to check against safe zones, and any agency branding you add (business name, logo, website), are stored so the tool and any share links you create can display them.

Usage and attribution data. We record which marketing pages you visit and, if you arrived via a tagged ad link, the campaign parameters (UTM tags or Meta's fbclid) so we can see which ads actually lead to signups and sales. This is first-party data we use ourselves — it is not sold or shared with data brokers.

Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device type) for security and reliability, in the same way most websites do.

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your light/dark theme preference, and one first-party cookie that records which ad campaign (if any) first brought you to the site, so a later signup or purchase can be credited correctly.

Our marketing pages (the pages you're reading right now, and checkout) also load the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, which set their own cookies to measure ad performance and, where enabled, show you relevant ads on Meta and Google's networks. These are controlled by Meta and Google respectively — you can manage your ad preferences directly through Meta's Ad Preferences and Google's Ad Center. The app itself (past sign-in) does not load these trackers.

• To send you service-related email (receipts, sign-in codes, important account notices)
• To understand which marketing efforts are working, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly
• To keep the service secure and stop abuse

We share information only with the service providers that make Safe Zones Pro work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Meta / Google (advertising measurement, marketing pages only). Each of these processes data under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your uploaded creatives with anyone except through a share link you deliberately create and send.

Shared-link creative files are deleted automatically once the link expires — 48 hours on the Free plan, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Agency and the lifetime licence. The share record itself is kept (showing as “expired” in your history) but the files are gone. Account information is kept for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, tax and payment records), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can access or update most of your account information directly in the app. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or have your account and associated data deleted, email hello@safezones.pro — we'll action it or explain any limits (for example, records we're required to keep for tax purposes) within a reasonable time.

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access-controlled storage — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to keep your data safe.

Safe Zones Pro is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Safe Zones Pro after a change means you accept the updated policy.
